Brainstorming Crisis

 While brainstorming the word Crisis a few words that came to mind were; Pandemic, Fear, Large populations, Death, Sorrow, Solutions, money, problems, leaders. 

Apart from the Covid-19 related crisis, Crises such as the 2010 earthquake in Haiti would also bring these words to mind due to the fact that millions of persons lost their lives which plunged the nation into a time of sorrow. The leaders in Haiti were faced with the task of combating the effects of the earthquake to bring things back to a place of stability. 

I think its safe to say that most if all Crises, regardless of how different they are in nature could be linked together using these words I brainstormed.

Groups : 

A) Fear and  Sorrow - emotions 

B) Pandemic, problems, money and solutions - nouns

C) large populations, leaders  - human beings 

This exercise was slightly difficult, seeing as its my first time doing anything like it. It was difficult to think of more than 6 words relating to Crisis and I had to push myself however grouping the different words was not a challenge except for the word 'death'. This exercise has taught me that I still have alot to learn as it relates to writing.
